At YTravSuite, we aim to provide flexible and transparent refund options for all corporate travelers.

???? Eligibility for Refunds

  • Flights, Hotels, and Rentals: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the provider (airline, hotel, car rental company).

  • Flexible Fare Plans: Bookings made under flexible or premium corporate plans are generally refundable up to 12 hours before departure.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Some discounted fares and third-party deals are non-refundable and will be labeled accordingly at checkout.

???? Corporate Account Refunds

  • Refunds for enterprise accounts are processed to the linked corporate payment method (credit card, invoice, or travel wallet).

  • Group and multi-leg bookings may be subject to additional review before refund approval.

?? Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after cancellation and confirmation.

  • Refunds may take longer to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

?? Exceptions & Disputes

  • In cases of flight cancellations, no-shows, or force majeure (e.g. natural disasters), refund requests will be evaluated based on airline or provider terms.

  • For refund disputes, please contact support@ytravsuite.com within 14 days of the original travel date.
