2. Can I modify or cancel a booking?

Yes, most bookings can be modified or canceled. However, each service (flight, hotel, etc.) has its own cancellation policy:

  • Flights: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before departure for a refund or modification.

  • Hotels & Car Rentals: Policies vary, but most allow changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in for no penalty.

For specific cancellation terms, check the individual booking details.


3. What if my travel plans change?

If you need to change your itinerary, you can modify your bookings directly through your YTravSuite account. Some changes may incur additional fees depending on the travel provider's policies.


4. What is the cancellation policy for corporate bookings?

Corporate bookings through YTravSuite are typically more flexible. For most bookings:

  • Flights: Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before departure with a full refund (subject to fare rules).

  • Hotels & Car Rentals: Changes can usually be made without penalty up to 24 hours before check-in.

5. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. The time it takes to appear in your bank account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

To manage your corporate account, log in to YTravSuite and navigate to your Account Settings. From there, you can update company details, manage travel policies, and track past bookings.


7. Are there any discounts for corporate travelers?

Yes! YTravSuite offers exclusive discounts for corporate accounts. These discounts are automatically applied during the booking process, depending on your agreement with us and the type of service booked.


8. Can I add multiple travelers to my booking?

Yes, you can book travel for multiple employees at once through the group booking option. For larger teams, contact customer support for customized group rates and management.
