Fare Rules

The following rules apply to all travel bookings made via YTravSuite. Please review these terms carefully to understand fare policies, including cancellations, modifications, and restrictions.


1. General Fare Rules

  • Fares Are Subject to Availability: All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change before confirmation.

  • Fare Classes: Different fare classes (e.g., economy, business) may have varying rules regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds.

  • Booking Confirmation: Once booked and confirmed, the fare becomes final and binding. Any modifications or cancellations are subject to the applicable provider's policies.


2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Refundable Fares: Refundable fares allow for full or partial refunds, provided the cancellation is made within the time frame specified by the travel provider (e.g., 12–24 hours before departure).

  • Non-Refundable Fares: Non-refundable fares will not be refunded under normal circumstances. However, certain conditions (e.g., medical emergencies, government travel restrictions) may allow exceptions.

  • Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation and cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.


3. Changes to Booking

  • Change Fees: Fare changes are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or rental provider. A change fee may apply, and the new fare may be higher than the original.

  • Modification Timeframe: Changes must be made at least 12 hours before departure or scheduled check-in to avoid penalties.

  • Flight Date Changes: Flight date changes are subject to seat availability and fare class rules. Additional fees may apply if there’s a difference in fare.


4. Special Conditions for Corporate Clients

  • Corporate Fare Discounts: Corporate users may receive discounts based on agreements with YTravSuite’s travel partners. These discounts are applied automatically during booking.

  • Flexible Corporate Rates: For enterprise accounts, flexible fare rules may apply, such as free cancellations up to 12 hours before departure, depending on your corporate travel plan.


5. Fare Restrictions

  • Blackout Dates: Certain fares may be subject to blackout dates, during which they cannot be booked or changed. These dates are determined by the travel provider.

  • Baggage Allowances: Fares may not include checked baggage. Be sure to verify baggage policies at the time of booking.

  • Travel Restrictions: Please review the destination-specific travel advisories and restrictions before booking. These may affect the validity of the fare and the ability to change or cancel bookings.
